Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries. 

We provide free international shipping service that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide.

Yes. Shipping is provided FREE. We used to offer Free Shipping over $75 purchases. There is no more minimum purchase amount required. 

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Note that this can take 48+ hours to update. 

You can also use our Track Your Order page by entering your tracking number on our Website. 

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we will take care of the loss. Postal service is out of our control, however, if it turns out that the item is lost, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package or refund you the money. 

Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located.

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US, Hong Kong, Germany, China, and Russia, depending on the product. Items maybe shipped separately (if you order more than one item) and have multiple tracking numbers, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. You won’t be charged extra for split orders and tracking numbers.

We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, using the currency converter located below the translator on all pages, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 24 hours.

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

Packages from our warehouse in Hong Kong, China, Russia will be shipped via ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages. This however ensures faster delivery. Separate tracking will be provided and you won’t need to pay extra for shipping if this occurs.
