My Order

PROCESSING: If you just placed an order, you should have received an order number with the order confirmation invoice that shows we are “Processing” your order. You will need this order number to initially contact us concerning your order. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days before shipment. It may take up to 5 business days depending on demands and availability of the item. Your order status will update to On Hold, when we accept your order and payment. 

ON HOLD: Next, when you’re notified, “On Hold”, your payment went through successfully from our end and order information is forwarded to our warehouses.

At this state, your item is getting prepared for shipment. Please allow 2-3 days of processing time before shipment. It may take up to 5 days depending on demands and availability of the item.

COMPLETE: Shipment notification are sent to you automatically with tracking codes when your item is shipped.    

  • Your order number is sent to the payment associated email address immediately after you make a purchase.  
  • If you placed an order and have not received an order number, you might want to check your spam folder. 
  • If you lost your order number, you can provide us the email address you’ve provided to make the purchase, and we can retrieve it for you. 

Tracking codes are automatically forwarded to you when your package are shipped. If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received a tracking number, please contact us. We can provide you the tracking codes manually.  

Order numbers are not tracking numbers. Tracking codes are automatically forwarded to you when your package are shipped. You can click on the tracking code on the invoice or use our “Track Your Package” if you want to track multiple packages at once.

If it has been 30 days and more since the departure of the package, and your package has not arrived, please contact us by submitting a form here

All packages are insured. We will file a claim for you and allow us 1-3 business days to get back with you with a resolution.
