Thank you for your choosing Action Hero Figures. 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing). However, please contact us after the first 30 days if your order has not arrived or tracking stopped updating. We will initiate a claim for you ahead of time.  
  • you receive the wrong item.
  • you receive a damaged item.
  • you do not want the product you have received.  Please keep the product in original condition and undertake return shipping cost (you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has initiated, it can no longer be canceled.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

We accept returns within 14 days. You may initiate the return by sending a request on the RMA Request page. Please note that items must be returned in the original unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags if applicable. Final sale items & laundered clothing or used items can not be returned. Masks, helmets, Halloween Costumes can not be returned. 

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within the first 7 days of receipt. 

If package gets lost, we will issue a refund. Your order will be insured and in case it never gets delivered to you, we will take care of it. 

If you discover a damaged or incorrect item upon opening your package, we will be happy to assist – please contact us by sending a message immediately within the first 7 days of receiving the order, so we can work with your to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return your original item for a refund, and place a new order ASAP for the item you need. We do not have the means to perform exchanges through the site, and this will also ensure that your selection does not sell out before your return is processed.

Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days unless specifically stated on the product details page. The packaging must be in the same condition as when initially received.

Opened items are not eligible for returns. this includes:

  • Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging
  • Items that have visible indications that the packaged has been opened
  • Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed

Used or worn clothing, apparel, halloween costumes, and accessories may not be returned.

Any defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue), if you send us the request within the first 7 days of receiving your item. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

We may request that you e-mail a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement part would be helpful.

The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:

  • Minor cosmetic paint issues
  • Package condition

If the package is a RETURNED NON-DELIVERABLE we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. 

If you REFUSE ANY SHIPMENTS from Action Hero Figures, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

This is a very rare case, but if your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must ADDRESS THIS WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. Post offices have their own logistical problems and also have ways to investigate their problems and provide solutions. 

Action Hero Figures does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. 

We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
